Beyond the faculty member’s contractual salary, stipends are provided to Department Chairpersons, Program Directors, and Graduate Directors, and may also be offered to faculty undertaking administrative or other non-administrative responsibilities that advance departmental and/or institutional operations. The College may also grant course-load reductions when these responsibilities warrant additional support.
